What majabali's customers and eBay do (by not acting) is illegal under US law. Antiques imported into the USA without an export permit from the country of origin are legally considered stolen under the U.S. National Stolen Property Act. Greedbay are therefore criminal accessories to grand theft, while majabali's customers are guilty of receiving stolen goods.

So if you buy from majabali (if he has not been stopped), look out! Not only could you lose your money / antique, but you could also end up being fined or even go to jail!
